We have a gated outdoor vegetable garden and fire pit our guests can enjoy, along with various trails, seating, dinning tables, lawn games and hammocks to relax in. Enjoy a walk in nature, relax in the hot tub or just hang out with our rescue animals.

House Rules
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.
No smoking inside the unit.
Check-in is anytime after 3PM
Check out by 10AM
Self check-in with lockbox
Please take all shoes off at entry.
**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO SMOKING INSIDE
NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing Packages to the home.
NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of the community! Thank you.

**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
